The Battle of Flowers Travelling Float

The Battle of Flowers Association has created a Traveling Float – a small scale version of the spectacular floats that delight parade patrons attending the annual Battle of Flowers Parade. The six-foot by twelve-foot traveling float is elaborately festooned to reflect the 2023 parade theme, “Battle of Flowers Parade…Where Fiesta Reigns!” This year’s float is sponsored by Frost Bank.
Fiesta fans will have the opportunity to be a Battle Of Flowers Parade participant by “riding” on the float wearing crowns and robes while taking selfie photos leading up to parade day. They may send the photos out on social media to friends far and wide showcasing their “fifteen-seconds” of Fiesta fame. The Battle of Flowers traveling float is equipped with all the Fiesta finery any would-be king or queen needs including crowns, royal robes, Fiesta hats and much more. Float fans can choose from an assortment of props, step onto the float and join the parade where Fiesta began!
The traveling float will be making stops throughout the city leading up to Battle of Flowers Parade day on Friday, April 28, 2023. The float will appear in five high profile locations throughout the city beginning in late March including:
Legacy Park – Friday, March 31 11am – 2pm
AMOLS’ Fiesta & Party Store – Saturday, April 8 11am – 3pm
The Pearl – Saturday, April 15 9am – 3pm
Fiesta Fiesta – Thursday, April 20 4pm – 10pm
Market Square
