Located at 107 N Flores Street in a quickly transforming area of the CBD, The Dry Goods Building is one block from Frost Tower, San Antonio’s newest Class AA office building. The Dry Goods Building was built in 1915 and designed by Leo M.J. Dielmann in the Art Deco style for brothers Samuel and Solomon Dalkowitz. It was known as the Dalkowitz Dry Goods Company until at least 1922. Today, it is known as The Dry Goods Building and still retains its historic charm and retail presence with its location at the corner of N. Flores Street and W. Commerce Street.
